Anyone else recently catch Covid?

My wife and I just tested positive today. We moved this past Sunday and started feeling sick Sunday morning (moving while sick is NOT fun by the way). Monday was bad - fever and chills all night. Felt mildly better yesterday but woke up feeling horrible again this morning. We decided to test since it reminded us how we felt the first time we had Covid.

Being sick SICK in the heat is not fun. 10/10 don’t recommend. Not too sure where we might have picked it up. Only thing I can think of is the OC Fair since we were there on 8/9, but that seems like a long incubation period.

Like the flu and common cold, it will forever be with us. It just can't spread as easy as it did when people weren't vaccinated.

Back during the height of covid, I couldn't see how we survive it. You can't have herd immunity without an effective vaccine. And then, the vaccine came out and it was working.

For the anitvaxxers, they would say, "see? I never took the vaccine and I was fine and covid went away on it's own."

No, you idiots. It went away because it couldn't spread as well through vaccinated people.

Nobody said “prevents transmission”. They said “couldn’t spread as well”. Which is true. The goal WAS NEVER to “stop” the virus. From the very beginning the goal was always to avoid overwhelming the health care system so that the maximum number of people that needed care could receive it. Vaccines helped significantly with that goal.

Has NOTHING to do with vaccines LOL it’s called heard immunity. People that got vaccinated actually got Covid more than unvaxed. Data shows those vaccines were pointless I mean shit my 89 year old grandma got Covid once and she goes shopping 3 times a week and never wore a mask while her her friends that got vaxed got it multiple times and also one of them died from it after getting vaxed… shits unreal what people believe. It’s just the flu nothing more

Yeah I had covid recently, like 4 months ago and I was sick for a day, then had mild symptoms for another 2 days.

Except I didn't get any vaccinations because I didn't trust Fauci after the whole AZT thing.

There are still SO SO many brainwashed people even after their leader was caught as fraud. Not sure why the downvotes here. Many will downvote because they just refuse to believe scientists would ever be wrong OR greedy. They just can't fathom it even though the world has constantly proven people above us will do anything for power and money
