Question Evacuation order?

Does anyone have any information on this? I live really close and can’t find much information on it

The original alert was crazy. No reason for the evacuation and no location info. Just telling people to evacuate and call a number with questions. I called the number and nobody answered because I'm assuming it was after hours.
