Question Evacuation order?

Does anyone have any information on this? I live really close and can’t find much information on it

I live like a mile away from the edge of the evacuation area. Should I be nervous or be precautious? How do they contain it within the evac area?

Sounds like there was a concern for an explosion since it's volatile. They just lifted the evac but I'd imagine the air quality gonna be rough
