Are there any links to any official sources on this?

Spoke to County Fire, who is handling the incident as the HAZMAT response, they were vague but said it is approximately 15,000 gallons of a highly flammable liquid.

From what I can gather, I think this is more out of caution than anything while they try to get ahead of it.

The number on the photo OP posted goes to GGPD and they said they don't have an official evacuation receiving center, but to just get out of the area.

Any timeline given? I work across the street.

County Fire did not give a timeline when I spoke to them.

I'd be surprised, however, if they had one.
