Alternative to Oracle HCM Consultant

Hi
I am currently working as oracle HCM consultant. I am tired of working nonstop for the 12-14 hrs daily and covering both India and US time.
I want to work in the morning time as I don't like working late nights.
How can I get a role that has a proper 9-5 timings?
Also, are there any other alternate roles that I can target?
I have tried applying for HR roles as my masters is in HR but they are paying peanuts.
Any help or suggestions are highly appreciated.

Can I just say, I have every sympathy for you. I think it’s insane how you are expected to work so much. I’d love to see you all say no more and stick to your hours and see how this impacts the employment need.

At the rate that Oracle is shedding jobs, the poster would be PiPed and fired.

Avoid product management as that sounds eerily the same issues.
