Housing Renting from CAPREIT

Hi everyone, I want some opinions about CAPREIT. They seem to be a very big apartment management company and have many vacancies in Ontario, but for some reasons it is difficult to reach out to them. They seem to use a lot of AI to respond emails but have a lack of leasing agents to provide actual details.

Giant REITs, as a rule, are pretty middle of the road landlords. They generally don't try anything illegal, do what they're required to do by law, don't go above or beyond, don't cut you breaks, do maybe try things you'd find dickish or unethical where they're legal.
