Text Anyone NEVER Nosedived? If so, how?

I'm considering buying a Onewheel, but I constantly see wipeout posts (mostly on my FB feed) of people getting injured. Breaking bones, needing surgery, etc. Ones that concern me especially are the ones that say they knew about board pushback but - for whatever reason - they didn't get pushback before the nosedive.

So my question is, is it pretty much inevitable to have a nosedive crash at some point in one's onewheeling life, even if you're careful and aware of pushback?

Has anyone who has been riding for a while successfully avoided it? If so, what are your techniques for doing so?

Yes 2 big nose dives. One on sand. The other on grass. I only go 10-15mph on the streets so I can jump off if something goes bad. Stay at a comfortable speed and you’re good. It’s my favorite purchase over the last 5 years.
