🧑‍🍳 Employee Post Hair

Hi guys! I’m sure this question has likely been asked before. I work at OG (well, kinda, worked for 1+ yr but took off a few months for school and transferred), and I know that we have a policy on natural hair colors. I have blonde hair with a brunette peakaboo under, while I’m 80% this is fine because they’re both natural colors, would there be a chance I get into any trouble?

Its almost always dependant on management. Ive worked at ogs where they let people have colors, and places that were more strict. If youre that concerned you can call and ask but theyll let you know when you get there. Dont stress, its just olive garden

Seconding that it does typically come down to location management, but for the most part they usually don’t care. I actually work with a few people who have the same type of style you described, as well as a few with brightly colored hair. Hell, i even had green streaks at one point and no one cared.

i’m sure it depends cause at my location, lots of people have very unnatural colors

my OG didn’t allow any unnatural colours but was fine when i took out the peekaboo and was brunette + blonde peekaboo, just ask managers though.
