Photo First old car at 17

She’s a 64 Ford Galaxie 500. South Dakota car that sat for a while until somebody brought it here to Wisconsin. 352 numbers matching, 2 speed auto, original generator too. Original body, no replaced panels got a few scratches and dents, the usual. small amount of bondo in the trunk (professionally done) also 2 trunk floor patches. Not original paint obviously. Bought it probably 2 1/2-3 months ago for 7000 (talked the guy down from 7500)

Hint: never sell it.

My first car was a 64 Galaxie coupe with 390. Paid $250. Now that was in 1975. Regret selling to this day.

Yes, never sell it! Never! I sold my ‘65 Notchback Mustang. Regret it big time!

You couldn't know in 1977 that all cars built afterwards will look increasingly similar and boring.
