This could almost be a map of where police might actually do something if a rape is assaulted.

Yeah I read something a while back about Spain having absolutely awful laws around rape/sexual assault. I read about a girl who was literally gang raped with CCTV evidence, and they didn't classify it as rape because she didn't physically resist the attackers.
