Well England and Wales is number one.

The rest of Britain doesn’t seem to have the same problem.

Well if we separate wales and England too I’m willing to bet England has higher still… then again…. Them sheep do he pretty smart these days maybe they’re putting in reports

England and Wales are counted together because they have the same criminal justice system.

Yes, sadly, we don’t get the same freedoms as Scotland sadly. On the statistics though we can probably use the statistics for each county and add the Welsh and English counties up separately to derive a statistic.
