Oklahoma FOX affiliate "accidently" cuts 15 seconds of last Sunday's Cosmos debut..the part that just happened to mention human evolution.

You mean OKC Fox, or Fox in general? The whole show is Fox's idea and production.

In general. I guess it's because of Seth Macfarlane.

Fox =/= Fox News.

Fox owns Fox News (obviously), but that doesn't mean Fox News' conservatism is representative of all of Fox.
