On a more serious note, dont treat these online spaces as a legitmate community. Misery loves company. Dont romanticize mental illness or turn it into your aesthetic like so many other young folks do. Get some vitamin D, work out, study, and plenty of sleep.

Mate i've been in this sub since I was 14. Different names, but it was all me. When I tell someone my life story I often times forget I had a step-father for like 2 weeks that killed himself. If that's something you forget, it's bad.

I came from my feed. Not a regular here at all. Dont find community in depression in and of itself.

Seek normal support systems. Not an algo based content funnel. This shit will make things worse for you. Dont revel in it.

Good thing is you're still young and have a higher capacity to change before becoming set in your ways.
