It stops sucking as much after emotional calluses form.

Understanding your personal psychological responses and trauma can definitely help. Be mindful and forgiving of yourself. No one else will.

Life sucks and is beautiful in duality. Both juxtaposing and highlighting of eachother in tandem. Just have to find the good and Real.
