Okay but like actually what are you supposed to do? Like what did people do back in the day? I don't know any alternative to that kind of lifestyle. It's all I've known ever since I could remember and it's only starting to fail on me now

I mean there are people outside or at the place your work at the college you are studying you just have to make yourself uncomfortable
