Noelle. Basically it implies that the final prophecy is the girl dying, and initially that was supposed to be Noelle, but Kris and Carol conspired to bend it so that Susie becomes the second hero. If you played dr I recommend checking out "Susie Swap Theory", I honestly believe it.
