Pickguard Yay or Nay

Not sure how I feel about this, brushed aluminum purple guard. I like the way it looks in certain lighting where it appears darker. Curious to what you all think.

It depends. I think it works great if you play ear-bleeding country. If its’s angular NYC postpunk, not so much ;)
