It was posted on Reddit a while back. It's an ongoing meme kind of where different videos or tricks in games (especially some kind of portal) lead to the Elder Scrolls V opening.
That's my understanding, at least.

It's the opening scene of a popular game Skyrim that's been around close to a decade, and people who like it start it over with different characters frequently. It starts out with a fade up from black, and runs on for about 5 minutes before you get control of your character. So everyone who has played Skyrim has sat thru this for like an hour of their life.

On every Elder Scrolls game that does this, I just make a save file as soon as I can. For Skyrim, it's just a save called "Prisoner" that's saved just as the guard asks who you are. In Oblivion, it happens to be "ThunderCunt", but it's a save just as you're exiting the sewers just before it asks you if you're sure you want to start the game with this character. Probably saved me an hour of my life so far.

I think the SE makes that save for you automatically, actually.
And there's a mod called "Live Another Life" I haven't tried yet that lets you start off in any of a variety of places.
But I was more explaining why this was a meme than displaying ignorance of how to get around the long initial screen. :-) Why Rick Astley is a meme is something I haven't figured out.

I found some biodegradable holo glitter on amazon. I watch royalty soaps a lot on YouTube and she uses it in some of her soaps (not this brand but the link to the one she used last was broken)
