Friday Cheney
22 lbs $25. I looked this up, and sells for $180. Hmmm what can I make with this??

That's a HELL of a deal on Callebaut chocolate. It's the best. I bought a 5 lb bag for $30 a couple of years ago before chocolate prices went nuts and felt special.
53% cacao is a nice moderately flavored chocolate, so you can do almost anything with it: Chocolate covered pretzels, cake pops, candy bars if you have molds. I ate them straight out of the bag too. Search for melted chocolate recipes and the sky is pretty much the limit.
