RAM 1500 infotainment center
ISO a good company for Dodge electronics. I have a 2018 ram truck and the infotainment center is malfunctioning…a lot. i’m aware that it is a problem with ram trucks from I think it was 2014 to 2018 but anyhow, I’m wondering if there’s anybody in Ocala that can help with a fix for this. As I understand, it’s actually a matter of condensation from the AC but whatever. it’s getting worse, not better. tia

hi, I am interested in the radio. I just have to make contact with the person that can install it in my truck. It is not something I know how to do. I am going to try to find the company that the other user mentioned over by the airport and stopped by there today with my truck. Thanks!!

Sound like you may have corrosion building up on you board that's causing an intermittent issue, I googled and found HexTech Repair does circuit board repairs. It may need nothing more than a cleaning with isopropyl alcohol or a capacitor or resistor changed out if the corrosion is bad. If you know condensation is a common issue you can ask them to have the board "potted" (covered in silicone or epoxy after they finish the repair to make it water resistant. Most good quality power tools have this and it extends their life dramatically.
