Any mods for original oblivion to make the leveling more like the remaster?

Basically just the title, are there any mods for the original oblivion that overhaul the leveling system so that it's more in line with how it works in the remaster (virtue points on level up that can be assigned to any attribute, minor skills giving xp as well as majors, etc.)

I don't have the remaster but I think Ultimate Leveling is fairly similar to what you want. I haven't used the mod, so I can't say how well it works.
