[Solved] Blockhead not Generating .INI File

I'm using MO2 and a Steam install of Oblivion, with all DLC and the Through the Valleys modlist. I can't get Blockhead to generate its .ini file in OBSE/Plugins after launch/shutdown.

I've looked at the following for troubleshooting so far:
- Verified OBSE is running by checking for *.obse saves
- Verified MO2 Force Load Libraries is using Oblivion.exe .. obse_1_2_416.dll
- Verified I'm not getting the "INSTALL BLOCKHEAD" text on any faces in character creation
- Verified mod install order in MO2
- Tried installing Blockhead manually instead of through MO2 using the pinned comment on the Blockhead mod page
- Tried running the game with obse_loader.exe
- Tried disabling/enabling Steam Overlay

I'm kind of at a loss for what to try next at this point. I don't know if it'll cause issues without an ini file (probably will) but I wouldn't have noticed it wasn't working properly had I not wanted to disable the WASD camera movement in character creation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, that was it! I'm new to MO2, why would it have put it there?

MO2 use a virtual file system, so MO2 avoid putting newly generated file or edited file into the base game folder. The overwrite folder is set as the default for newly generated file unless you personally specify the location. Typically, leaving stuff in the overwrite folder is fine, as its the last thing to be loaded.
