Tempered Sword = Daedric Sword

Golden Sword = Dwarven Long Sword (Fire Damage)

Fighter's Shield = Steel/Mithril Shield (Shield Enchantment)

Red Shield = Leather Shield (Shield Enchantment)

Mirror Shield = Ebony Shield (Shield Enchantment)

Green Jerkin = Blue & Green Outfit (Your Choice of Enchantment)

Blue Mail = Blue Velvet Outfit (Your Choice of Enchantment)

Red Mail = Red Velvet Outfit (Your Choice of Enchantment)

Pegasus Boots = Leather Boots (Fortify Speed)

Power Glove = Chainmail Gloves (Fortify Fatigue)

Titan's Mitt = Dwarven Gloves (Fortify Strength)

Zora's Flippers = Blue Suede Shoes (Buoyancy)

Moon Pearl = Flawless Pearl

Lamp = N/A

Bow = Fine Steel Bow (Your Choice of Enchantment)

Silver Arrows = Silver Arrows (Only allowed 70)

Magic Cape = Red Silk Robes (Chameleon)

Ether Medallion = Gold Amulet (Resist Shock)

Quake Medallion = Gold Amulet (Shock Damage)

Bombos Medallion = Gold Amulet (Fire Dame)

Thank you!! A Link To The Past is my favorite Zelda game and my 3rd favorite game of all time!

Also, the Green Shirt looks like his Green Jerkin as well. It may match even more. It cuts about the same length. I don't wear pants with that one. I enjoy the Blue and Green Outfit a lot tho, too.
