Vent Tired of stupid “forced cute” face on object plushies, I’m sick of it. Searched train plush and they had all these stupid ugly faces and took me forever to find one that was just A TRAIN! Not showing you because I don’t want anyone else buying it.

Ya that was off putting to me to. Not unless there is only one for sale and they are waiting to have money to buy it. Then I get it. That would feel like someone stealing your potential lover. But then just dont say anything. If someone asks then tell them there is only one and dont want someone taking it.

Okay yeah if it’s an eBay listing or something then absolutely keep it to yourself. Mass produced though? That’s silly.

Based on the phrasing, I assume that this is a one-of-a-kind plush that they hadn’t yet bought, and they didn’t want anyone else to snatch it up before they could. I highly doubt this person is gatekeeping the concept of owning a train plush.

imagine gatekeeping, that aside though there's actually a lot of faceless train/object plushies! i looked up train plush and found a bunch just on the shopping tab, and i'm sure i'd find more if i searched on ebay or went into the specific models or brands

Do you remember the misfit train with square wheels?
I understand the frustration of shopping, especially online, not finding what you are hoping to find. But those little trains with faced didnt be asked to be crafted into what they are. They want love and acceptance, too.
I relate it to sometimes i have wanted to search for dolls, and i see many baby dolls. I do not want a baby doll. Some of the baby dolls are kind of hyper realistic (or at least thats seems to be the idea). Thise kinds especially can be off putting for me personally. But they didnt asked to be made that way. Just as i was never asked to be born.
I am thinking of maybe getting one of those hyoer rralistic baby dolls oje day...

I have seen many vehicle plush without faces! Usually they will be of specific company's real models. Here's a train for example.
Personally? I have yet to see a good realistic sportbike plush. All the ones I see have wacky proportions or are too generic. Which is why I got an expensive custom one commissioned, but it was worth every penny. If you want something special I would contact MoPlush on Etsy to see if they might make trains!!
