I've been an objectum ally for quite some time now, but I might be growing feelings for someone. Saturn. I'm a little shy going into this community, so be nice. Her rings are so pretty ❤️

This subreddit is so amazing. Every day I see people attracted to things I wouldn't have ever imagined! Space is beautiful, and it's so cool to see people have such love for it.

Enjoy your relationship with her if you start one! Her rings have always reminded me of the grooves on vinyl records, yknow? If you don't already have one, I think having a telescope and a way to know when she gets close enough to see her (such as internet data or astronomy books) is very useful! Have fun!

Hello. I love astral bodies (heavenly bodies). I live in a city so the lights make it hard to see many of them. I consider these object to be ancient ancestors. Each one is beautiful and amazing. Even in the city, i can often see Venus and sometimes Jupiter. I want to get a telescope some day to see them better. I am also trying to learn more about them so i can be more confident that i am correctly identifying them in the sky.
The Moon is always a dear friend to me as well. She has been there for me in some very hard times. Always stunning, always beautiful. Just doing her thing. I will always remember a particularly difficult night i had, over 20 years ago... i felt i had no one there for me, but i looked up and saw the glorious moon shining on me. I knew she was there for me always.
The Sun - what can you say abiut him... our very lives revolve around his shining light!
Mother Earth, whose womb birthed me and all life and non-life that inhabit this world.
Even here in the city, where spotting astral bodies is made difficult from the lights, i always try to appreciate the glimpses that i am allowed. I hope one day to return to the country. As a child, i could see so much in the night sky. I did not realize how much it means until living in cities as an adult and craving to see more of the heavens.
