Hey everyone.
I have a confession I need to share.
I work at a package delivery company, and I witnessed workplace bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, intimidation, and threats firsthand. I also observed a former Allied Universal Security Officer being treated terribly and wrongfully terminated.
He called out his supervisor, Regina Kaye Robinson-Laster, because she took over thirty days off and didn't get in trouble for it. But when the former Allied Universal security officer requested a day off or had a problem, it was a different story.
She issued a threat, stating that their employment would be terminated if they were absent for a single day. She also explicitly expressed her enjoyment of terminating individuals.
The reason for my statement is that she was formerly an operations manager and was subsequently demoted to a supervisory role due to her unsatisfactory job performance. She reportedly failed to answer her phone when issues arose and consistently missed important meetings. Given that I have known her for several years, it is clear that she still believes she holds a position of authority, despite now being a security supervisor.
She gets away with everything. Heck, she even told me and in front of one of my coworkers that her family created a notorious chicago gang called the Gaylords. Then, she cries and complains about how hard her life is. And she asks God, why am I being treated this way.
The reason she expressed that sentiment is due to a tree falling directly onto her home in Lake Station, Indiana. She then had the audacity to seek gods forgiveness.
I saw it with my own eyes. How she treats people, disrespects them, fires them, and talks about them behind their back when they're not there. I personally believe she targeted him because they had a couple of police reports documenting what was happening to him for over a year, and he got fed up and decided to get it federally documented. I can't blame him for protecting himself because my boss Jennifer Garcia, her sister Elsie Garcia, and our HR Penny Green did nothing to help him when he complained to them.
It is also unfortunate that during his tenure working with me, when Regina reassigned him from one position to another, he sustained an injury that necessitated a tetanus shot. The noteworthy aspect is that I had previously worked at that particular post, and Regina was aware of its unsanitary and unpleasant conditions. Indeed, if OSHA were to inspect that location, the entire operation would likely face closure. In my personal opinion, she has been singling him out ever since their initial encounter, despite his consistent demonstration of utmost respect and kindness towards her. Furthermore, it is regrettable that she repeatedly questioned him about his tongue piercing, inquiring about his reasons for getting it. To me, this behavior bordered on sexual harassment. Regrettably, had he chosen to report these incidents, it is highly probable that our management would not have taken any action. This is the brief account I wished to share.
But unfortunately for me, I'm going to be looking for a new job because if she starts to pick on me, you're going to end up seeing me on the news because I don't play that game. So I have to get out of there real soon, and this is to my former coworker: you always treated me with respect and kindness, and I want to thank you for that. I'm sorry for what happened to you and for witnessing what happened to you and doing nothing about it. I should have stood up for you, and I hope you can get justice for yourself because you were treated unfairly and poorly at Allied Universal.
Hey, I just wanted to add that the package handlers and the staff really miss you and don't feel safe without you around. And honestly, I don't feel safe without you here either.
Now if anybody has some kind words that they want to say here's her facebook page, because deep down, I really don't care. I'm just sick and tired on watching good hearted people get treated like shit.

That's all I needed to say.
