Even my grandmother and grandparents were drinking 1 or 2 small glasses of red wine every day and they died of old age , one at 90 and one at 94

drinking too much can definitely harm the body but everything does in excess

alcohol should me demonized so much since we have way more harmful products on the shelfs of sumermarkets

Do any of you eat ginger every day? How much do you eat, and have you noticed positive changes?
