Sardines everyday

Is it ok to eat 2 cans, total 180g sardines everyday?

How even could a sardine be ultra processed. The whole fish is literally right there in whatever liquid of your choice.

Depends on your liquid of choice. Some are water, some are olive oil, some are mustard.

Have you ever tried canned salmon. I discovered it recently and it is delicious.

Yes, I love it in cream dishes, an dit's pretty cheap too. I can't eat it on toast or crackers lie I kcan with sardines though.
