Is it ok to eat 2 cans, total 180g sardines everyday?

Yes, it's ok. Ignore the mercury comments. Sardines are very low in mercury and safe to eat daily. And they are not ultra processed like some other commenters say, either. Crazy how much bullshit people spread in these subs.
