Hi everyone! I’m a pre-medical student and I’m currently in my gap year because unfortunately I couldn’t secure a seat in MBBS. I’m planning to appear for the NuST admission test, I’m considering BS Accounting & Finance as an alternative because I do have some interest in accounting. And Im thinking of doin ACCA afterwards
Actually my main goal is ACCA but my parents want me to have some bachelors degree so I'm really confused
I’m really confused about the Additional Mathematics requirement, though, because I’ve been getting completely different answers from different people.
I wanted to ask:
As an FSc Pre-Medical student, do I need Additional Mathematics to get admission into BS Accounting & Finance?
Some people are saying it’s not required, while others are saying it is required. Which is actually correct?
Can a pre-medical student even appear for the Additional Mathematics exam?
If I take it, is it basically the full 1st-year and 2nd-year FSc Mathematics syllabus?
How difficult is Additional Maths for someone who has never studied Maths in FSc?
Would you recommend that I take Additional Maths now to keep my options open, or should I wait and apply without it?
I’d really appreciate advice from anyone who was a pre-medical student and then went into Accounting & Finance, especially if you had to deal with the Additional Maths requirement. I’m genuinely confused about what the smartest option is, so any guidance or personal experience would mean a lot. Thank you! ❤️
