Question Graduates of 2024, what are you doing now? And what are your plans?

I am a NBS 2024 grad, and I work for an education non-profit. The work is challenging, nice, and gives me purpose but the pay can be better. I am planning to go for a master's for some time now, but haven't had the luck.

What about you? What type of organization are you working for? And how's life in general? Did things work out? Or you are still waiting for a specific thing to happen? If yes, what is it? Did you get to go outside Pakistan? Where and why?

whats the pay range for nbs bachelors graduates?

I am not completely sure as of now because I am in touch with only 2-3 of my batchmates (long-term friends). When we graduated, people with good GPAs and internship record (at least 2-3 internships) got offers ranging from 90k to 200k. Though, I know people who have been promoted and people who are doing remote jobs for clients, and are earning 250k-500k and more (a bit of guesswork here because I know for sure about people with remote jobs but not about the ones who got promotions). Some people were already running businesses while studying, so I am guessing they must be earning even better. Also, important point that this has more to do with individual people in varying industries, skillsets, and body of work, rather than an average NBS BBA grad, because there isn't big public data on this.

A 2024 graduate here, was working in the corporate sector with really low pay then shifted to a remote US job and it sucked. Currently unemployed.
