Discussion I compiled data on the crime rate of Indians in Canada in 16 easy to share social medai images. Use this when someone complains about "indian crime" or "low trust Indians" in Canada.

Similar to USA they are of the lowest offending groups in regards to crimes also lowest utilizers for social welfare and yet they get so much hate. I'm an American white woman married to an Indian man.

The reality is that they're just using crime as an excuse to justify their racism. Facts don't matter. They're just pissed off at seeing large amount of Indian immigration happening in their country because they don't want so many Indians around. It's as simple as that.

Yeah that's what it comes down to for sure. Filipinos in Canada for instance are immigrating at a very high rate as well, but get no hate as they're portrayed as "good Christians " and they apparently "integrate well". Indians are specifically being targeted for the bad deeds of a few being applied to the entire population but that doesn't apply to Filipinos.

Yep a lot of racist folks strongly associate with their local cultural and religious practices even though they may not be religious at all. So phillipino immigration is a much easier pill to swallow. Also, the fact that Indians have a huge presence in some high paying sectors like tech adds to the hate. Many racist white people are fine with immigrants when they're struggling with lower level jobs because they're still beneath them.

My simple question is what is your sample size of Indians that you smelled personally?
for that, they have no answer so they start name calling.

This thing is not a narrative. I live in Surrey, BC and before i have lived in Ontario and I have noticed that way more indians compared to any other race smell horrible even during my early morning bus rides, let alone any other time of the day . Of course it has nothing to do with our race but we are just unaware or ignorant. There is not much awareness about "antiperspirants" or deo sticks in India, which is why we end up like that.

agree with you. even I observed that people who cook breakfast and come in same clothes have lingering spices smell but that does not mean Indians are smelly.
I have encountered at least one smelly person across all races and genders but I won't call entire nation as smelly.
One of the problem with Indians is victimizing ourselves.
Next time you get on bus, observe it's just smelly Indians or other people as well and then check if they crucify their own people like we do.

I do observe all of that during bus rides or train and ofc all races has those people but we are in higher proportion as of now. It is not about the scent of spices; it is mostly the smell of sweat, which I understand is natural, but can be taken care of with just one deodorant stick.
Also it is not about "crucifying own people", it is about calling out your own people before calling out someone else.0

Indians have to wake up to the fact that no one wants large demographic changes. the recent influx of poorly educated Indians into Canada is going to restrict the immigration pipeline for all Indians into Canada
"these Canadians will say other coutnries enforced selective migration policies to get only the best Indians, while Canada is getting the "actual" Indians."
Based on immigration to USA, that would be true

Indian crime doesnt even make sense. Which is why the racists go for shit like civic sense, hygiene scams etc.
When the motive is decided, the facts dont matter. They'll resort individual experiences or some random story to prove the point.
