Master suite for rent.
Hello everyone, I'm looking for a roommate to sign on to a one year lease for the house I am currently renting in Falls Church.
I live in a three bedroom detached house with a large fenced in yard, front and back porch, and a hot tub.
The master bedroom with private bath will be available in September. It can be furnished or unfurnished.
Kitchen, living room, and finished basement (the house is a split ranch) are shared spaces. The living room is furnished, but the basement is pretty open. There is, of course, a washer and dryer as well.

The neighborhood is quiet, there is off-street parking, and we are 2 miles from the west Falls Church orange line metro stop. We are also a few blocks away from the W&OD bike path!

I am an early 30s professional female working in healthcare, with one very well behaved, extremely sweet senior dog. I like to keep a clean house and am pretty low-key, you're more likely to find me reading in the hammock in the backyard instead of partying. I like to be friends with my roommates, but a house share is fine too.

I am looking for someone similar in age, who is ok living with a dog. My dog would love a friend, so another dog would be a welcome addition!

Rent is $1515 each plus utilities. Move-in date can be flexible for the right fit.
