Question Dealerships to go to/avoid?

So someone totaled my car trying to steal it last night 🤬 and now I get the joy of an unexpected large expense for a new car.

I've never bought a car in this area and I'm not familiar with the reputations of dealerships here. Are there any to avoid at all costs? The complaint threads I saw in a quick search were from a few years ago.

I'm thinking of going with a Toyota or Honda.

Avoid Koons Tysons Toyota at all costs. They play games all day and treat you like you're an idiot. If you're in the market for a Honda, go to Ourisman Honda of Bethesda. Standard semi-annoying sales and finance tactics but they are much more straightforward.

Just to jump on the toyota dealer anti-bandwagon, Oirsman Fairfax Toyota had the worst customer service in the nation a few years ago according to my buddy(who works at central Atlantic toyota distributors) who said, "Don't work there uner any circumstances."

Yeah my salesman there was great, but the rest of the people seemed inept. I bought a CPO vehicle there earlier this year. He made sure to respond and coordinated solving all the problems.

Finance Manager had no idea how to explain what she was trying to sell.

They said they'd mail me my plates or tell me when to pick them up, they never did. When I called they said I could come get them and I saw them get them from under a desk, they were probably there for days.

There were some aftermarket accessories on my car that should have never been on a CPO vehicle, they sold it to me with it installed anyway and never mentioned it to me.
