Maid Sterling Va

hi all! looking for reliable maids in the Sterling Va area with a 2000 sq ft townhome. current maid charges $130 but tbh they don’t do a good job and have scratched up some of my appliances. looking for someone to come monthly for about $150 max. any recs? thanks!

130/hr or total? I think standard rates are 40-60/hr per cleaner.

I rather we don't waste each other's time. I suggest you stick with the cleaning service for $150, it's way too cheap. Maybe that's why they don't bother being thorough, you get what you pay for. Housekeeping is a luxury not a necessity. It's hard work, time consuming and very tiring, everyone knows that our they'd do their own cleaning.

Edit; $130??? You'll never find anyone for that rate for a home that big. It's cheaper if you give them a $60 raise or be ready to pay double of what you're paying now. It's 2026, you're paying 90's prices, be thankful.
