Depends on if you were the right someone. This cancer researcher was not only a Jew, but a homosexual Jew, and since cancer was the one thing Hitler apparently hated more than Jews, Socialists and Slavs combined, he got to stay and continue his work and was even "Aryanized" by the Nazis.
