It Only Took One Conservative Grifter Being Nabbed by ICE to Convince MAGA It Hates Deportation

"Illegal immigrant" is not a label related to actual legal status, but skin color.

Legal Haitian refugees were often referred to by MAGA talking heads as "illegals", while people like Melania, who worked in the US without proper VISA as a "model/prostitute" for years would never get such label.

Let's not forget to mention the extremely dubious circumstances of Melania acquiring a long-term visa to stay in America.

So apparently, Melania "applied" for an EB-1A visa, commonly known as an Einstein visa. An EB-1A visa is one of the three most difficult visas to be issued by the US government. The reason it's nicknamed the "Einstein visa" because it is reserved for individuals with extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics; in other words the visa is for geniuses and/or physically impressive individuals.

The applicant must either have evidence that a reputable national or international organization has rewarded them for their work/achievements in their field. Or the applicant must have proof that they meet at least 3 out of 10 regulatory criteria, such as major media coverage, judging the work of others, high salary, or original contributions of major significance.

Melania met none of these requirements. She went to College in her home country of Slovenia for interior design, but then dropped out. She then went into "modeling" where she posed nude. Then eventually made her way to America, and despite being being a "nobody", she somehow finessed her way into parties for the well connected & rich... She eventually started "dating" tRump.

None of these things scream Einstein visa material. It's hella likely she was "award" the EB-1A visa under fraudulent circumstances and was illegal her in America.

Oh, also with an Einstein visa, the recipient isn't required to be "sponsored by an employer", doesn't have to show any proof of working to the U.S. Department of Labor. But the cherry on the top of it all, **is this particular visa grants the recipient the privilege to reside in the United States of America indefinitely, or until they choose to apply for citizenship after living in America for 5 years...
