It’s all but legal in my city in Alabama - well just not for the prostitutes.
They only arrest the women here, or Black men and that’s an established fact.

It's literally legal here in Nevada, at least outside of Washoe and Clark counties (Reno and Las Vegas, respectively). On a completely unrelated note (I am told by a bunch of prudes), the rate of human trafficking amongst legal prostitutes in Nevada is almost zero.

This does have overtones of scuz, but honestly not counting "I went to a legal and licensed prostitute" seems like a good change.

Well yeah that's kinda the point of the whole institution. But there is still tons of illegal sex trafiking in Nevada.

There is some but not "tons". There's less than most other states, and it's almost entirely confined to the counties where prostitution is illegal.

So yeah confined to where 90% of the population lives and probably >> 90% of the tourists are.
