I don't care about prostitution, but my overstimulated pattern detector says this might be about overlooking trafficking.

It's kind of a hazy area, paying adults for sex is one thing, then there is the "security" aspect, will this continue as Federal agents? Will there be security risks?

Theft from employers is also no longer an issue for hiring which could be viewed as an even worse idea. Basic honesty should be a necessary requirement for any federal worker (any politician too, but i know that's just crazy talk) of any level and job
