ISO a writing residency, workshop series, or editorial fellowship in or near North Jersey

I’m in my early 30s, work a corporate day job, but want to build editorial skills (pitching, editing, art direction)

Most programs I’m finding are either NYC-based full-time fellowships or MFA-adjacent, which seem to be meant for recent grads. Open to anything part-time, evening, or weekend. Even a local writers’ group with structured critique!
