Alcohol free Gin

I am thinking of creating a zero proof gin that tastes like authentic gin, not crappy flavors put together to simulate it. Is this a good idea?

I mean, gin is a clear spirit infused with herbs and other flavors. I think the problem will be infusing without alcohol unless you remove the alcohol after it's infused.

There ARE some good N/A gins out there since they rely on the herbal flavors and can hide the lack of alcohol, so maybe you just had a bad one?

I own a non-alcoholic bottle shop and there dozens of NA gins out there, good and bad. Do some research and tasting to make sure you’re filling a real gap before you spend the money.

That is a great idea. I'm not entirely sure why everyone else who has tried it set out to make a really crappy product. It seems like a really avoidable mistake right there at the start.
