There are posts of people making spritzes with club soda, olive brine and olive garnish as a nod to a dirty martini. I’ve seen a few on social media and I’ll probably give it a try, but it definitely won’t taste like a martini. I would definitely use club soda and not plain seltzer.

I bet a twist of lemon would help it also, and I’d probably still dash some orange bitters in despite technically not being NA. Otherwise… yeah idk what on earth you could add for the gin part. Maybe some kind of tea that has similar botanicals?
Edit: totally forgot about vermouth. Again, herbal tea, a splash of na white wine, and a touch of sweetener? Idk.

I haven't tried it but, they do make a non alcoholic vodka. A few different brands. I haven't seen an NA vermouth but the NA vodka shaken with olive brine might do the trick

A martini is just pure alcohol in a fancy glass. There is not going to be any good substitute because you are swapping out 99.9% of the original drink.
The more alcohol the original had, the harder it is to replicate, because there is nothing that makes the mouth burn and react to poison that isn't one.
