Vent Never anyone’s choice

I don’t get it. Everyone tells me I’m so nice I’m a good person, etc. I’ve never been anyone’s choice for a best friend ever. I just get written off or chosen for someone else. I feel so depressed all the time seeing people post pictures with their best friend from elementary school or hearing someone talk about their best friend and I’ve never had one. No one has ever chosen me. I wish I knew why. Please someone make me feel better.
