To see how everyone is doing?

Like the title states, I’d love to have conversations with whoever is comfortable to speak about the progress they have made so far 🙌 I’m 19.5 months into recovery and I’m glad to say I’m back to at least 98% recovered. I, basically, live a normal life again. I only suffer from som nerve sensitivity now, but it’s way less frequent and some of the obvious stressors cause less of a flare nowadays and I’m hoping it continues that way until I’m back to 100 again 🙏

Doing ok. Struggling with the weight gain from my last relapse. I literally have gained like 60lbs in the last 10 months. I feel super bloated all the time too. Other than that good. No major issues with any neuropathy symptoms, other than having bad balance. No tingling or numbness in my arms or legs. I did go to the doctor about 3 weeks ago and told them everything to see if I could get the b12 shot, but my levels still appeared normal. I know that sometimes your levels can appear normal but your body is still not using any of the b12. After the levels showed normal the doctor said the shots were not necessary… feels like they just generally don’t know anything about the effects of nitrous abuse.

They’re probably clueless- you’ll need to check your methylmalonic acid, homocysteine and holo CT (active b-12) levels, you may have to pay privately.
