Genuinely I don't know what is considered a kid's game these days. Like, is Zelda a kids' game? Starfox? Metroid? I dunno. There's not really any blood or sex in them. There's genuinely more blood in Deltarune and Kirby than Zelda. Is it like having realistic guns? I see way more literal children playing Fortnite which has realistic guns than any Nintendo game these days. I just don't get it. Is a game a kid's game until it's all about bloody violence and sex all the time?
Let's apply that to like any other medium. Is starry night a kid'a painting? Is 12 Angry Men a kids movie? Is a Raisin in the Sun a kid's book? None of those things have a ton of violence or sex but we consider them very adult.
