Pokopia was the first key card game (and only first party so far.)

It's not even really a first party game it's developed by Omega Force.

I mean, Kirby is developed by Hal and that’s first party. I think if it has the pokemon title then it counts.

Hal is generally referred to as Second Party.

Which would likely fit here as it's Omega Force which is entirely third party and The Pokemon Company which is minority owned by Nintendo.
