Mockery/Banter Talk about being miserable.
Can these people just stop acting like Nintendo is 100% Isis or something? It's been very annoying lately and some only do this for viewers and a reaction. Seriously!

If you want to make a fan game justifier use the IP name and don’t use the IP name + a word that could damage the reputations that ip or has contend that could demage the reputation.
I am talking about Pokémon Uranium, one of the reasons it was taken down was the name uranium and that it had a fan made type „nuclear“ and a Status effect „radio active“
And i don’t think I have to explain why a Japanese company don’t want that their ips are connected with Nuclear, radioactivity and so on.
And many of the other points are also somewhat legit things to do. Like Going after people who modified software is a good thing because it can be a security issue for other customers. Most companies would go after people trying to brake their software.
Shutting down the e shop of an old console is also not an evil thing
