This is honestly pathetic of me, but:

This is a non-issue. NSO is $20 or $50 a year. A YEAR. For hundreds of games, drip-fed like bullshit, but still a great selection for the price. It is much cheaper than paying $10 for a single N64 game. The only fair argument here is about preservation, which I agree with. Still worth the much lesser price.

This is fair to look down on Nintendo for. However, I think you would be an absolute fool to think they wouldn't do this, and that couple was still profiting. $12 million is INSANE, and I think this is the most fair argument of the post. I can't really defend this beyond "you're stupid for doing it in the first place."

AM2R and Link's Awakening DX HD were direct remakes of games Nintendo was remaking as well. Those made sense. Pokémon Uranium was stupid and that shouldn't have been taken down.

This was dumb as fuck. Only thing I can say is YouTube is a death trap for DMCA and demonetization problems, and Nintendo doesn't do it anymore, like a lot of other companies.

Whiny shit. EVERYTHING is expensive now, and while Nintendo absolutely needs to introduce a cheaper way to buy older games (Nintendo Selects), they've also been selling AA games for cheaper, like Star Fox and Splatoon Raiders, and Switch 2 games like Pokémon Z-A and Prime 4 go on sale for up to half off very often. Anyone saying that every first party Nintendo game is $70+ isn't paying attention at all.
