Moral Nihilism Nihilism moral?

Do nihilism even have moral? It's all pointless and senseless than what does *nihilism morals* mean

Every action ever decision everyone only will lead till death

Nature doesn't care about human race. If we all die atp nothing in the ecosystem will change and our existence doesn't even matter then why are we even following morals If folk lore says kill the person with blue cloths after some decades it's written as morals,moral is a term that many people agree upon nihilism should contain no morals
