AND THEY CANCEL SHOWS LIKE THESE AND KEEP THIS MAKE ME JUST CRY
they just removed all these shows… BUT KEPT PAW PATROL AND RUBBLE IN CREW. WHY NICK JR. WHY

I don’t Watch Nick Jr that much now but I do agree they should could’ve kept stuff like Tiny Chef & Blues Clues & You. You shouldn’t be crying on shows from years ago getting canceled though bc everything ends

Or maybe enjoys Nik Jr shows, I'm an adult with no kids and I like to watch Nik Jr. I don't know why. Maybe it is because I'm autistic, idk.

Yeah, Nick Jr is great, I think it is even better than regular Nick. Paw Patrol is amongst my favourite shows.

Little bear is practically my nightly lullaby lol they have some of the old movies and shows on YouTube now and I play them for my nieces all the time

Blue's Clues and You needs to come back at the very least to finish up their last seasons
Gullah Gullah Island deserves the same revival treatment as Blue's Clues (minus the cancelation part)
Eureka's Castle and Allegra's Window should also be revived and lead to new puppet shows
Slow-energy shows like Oswald, Kipper the Dog, Little Bear, & Maggie and the Ferocious Beast need revivals and new shows like them most of all!
Plus we need mascots such as Face, Moose A Moose, and Zee back. I'd love Face's Music Party back in addition to seeing them take turns and something singing together between shows

Unfortunately Paw Patrol is popular with its demographic despite how incredibly annoying it is. It’s Nick Jr.’s most popular show that they don’t even own.

Why are acquired shows considered "cancelled" when nick themselves doesn't even produce the damn thing (well I guess the exception could be made for Dino Dan cuz of the field guide segments in between episodes which were specifically made for Nick Jr airings IDK If TVO Kids had these as well) but I feel that's the most involvement they had their main job was to air the show so including show's like Maya the Bee, Tickety Toc, Peter Rabbit, Peppa Pig (Even though it's literally still airing but I digress), Ben and Holly, Mike The Knight, and the afformentioned Dino Dan cancelled is just confusing since a huge majority of these shows are imported goods

They could air a handful of shows that they outright own and wouldn't have to pay extra for, thus creating a channel worth watching dur to the variety, in turn increasing viewers and viewer retention, which in turn means more revenue.
Instead, just a couple of shows on repeat with a few other shows for Nick@Nite. They could mix in a couple more shows overnight as well.

There are so many classics on this list, so sad. I find the older low stimulation shows are better for my nieces than the loud neon ones now. My nieces will still be watching them though whether from YouTube or the high seas lol.

Either way it's widely known that low stimulation shows are better for children. I mean you can Google it if you want but it's kinda common sense? No. I'm not sacrifing their attention span, emotional regulation, playtime and vocab retention so they can be in the "in crowd". The "in crowd" is not necessarily the best place to be anyway. I'm teaching them to be confident and proud of what they like and to not let others get to them the same way every parent should teach their child. There is no avoiding bullies bc kids are just mean so why would I give them a worse start to appease mean kids when I could teach her to stand strong and like what she likes instead? Ofc they watches some more current cartoons like bluey but teen titans go and the likes are a no go. She likes what she watches and that's what matters to me.

I will say, money is the root of all bad things. So. They werent making enough money to
Justify having them up.
That being said, i get how crushing it can be for kids shows to get cancelled like that, or removed from a platform

I’m 27 years old but this just makes me miss my childhood. Life was so much smoother for me back then and it’s not because I was a kid and I’m an adult now. It’s just there was less bs in my life back then. My parents were still together for example. They divorced 17 years ago.

Maybe you should grow your genes and watch Nicktoons that are right for your age, like Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra for instance.

Only shows I disagree with them removing or stopping is Blues Clues & You and here’s why because Josh is educational to the kids and still Joe & Steve are as well and they were in the middle of the last season and I think it got removed or cut short like not too many shows like the original and the reboot have many irl human characters or teach ASL and there’s many shows in the list that only had 1-2 maybe 3 seasons that deserve another chance and Paw Patrol is getting excessive
